Gym and diet

   Since my age of fourteen I have been going to gym. Originaly, I went to gym to modify my body - make me stronger and slimmer.
   In fifteen I heard about powerlifting in school gym and next year I joined my first contest in that sport.
   For extension of my experiences in fitness and nutrition I passed certificated courses for trainers in the age of twenty.

Power
lifting

  Is a strength
sport consisting
of three events:
the squat, the bench press and the deadlift.
Powerlifting resembles the sport of Olympic weightlifting, as both disciplines involve lifting weights in 3 attempts.

Nutrition

  Is the basic
by exercising
and not just by it.
It`s said, it`s 50% of success, I would say more than 70%. I used to be like others, didn`t listen to advices of a trainer, but I had never tricked the equation of dayly outtake and intake of calories.
   I opened my eyes after passing of trainer course.
I started to experiment with food. I made a few edits and I started to lose weight thanks
to dietery plan & workout.
   My victory was weight loss
of 10kgs in 3 months and viewable six pack. Write me

 Fitness

  It serves to
vitalize the spirit
and the body.
For somebody it`s
a drug, a sport
or a lifestyle.
  But you need to know,
how to do it. You may cause yourself an injury without an advice of trainer or someone experienced.
